I have discovered my tendency to sleep all day is a long term side effect of whole brain radiation. My onc said its only rare because hardly anyone lives as long as me. You can walk into my bedroom and tell me anything and I will think I dreamt it. It makes for much confusion!!

My brain mets came back in Nov last year, big fat disaster, along with more eye mets this time to cornea, and paralylis to left side including droopy eye.....bonny!

I guess this is real cancer, going slowly downhill, losses include driving, reading, struggling to watch Gems TV (in place of Ebay, bored with that).

I need a wheelchair to go major shopping, I need a wheelchair pusher to take me, always ends in argument unless its my sister Elaine, as she's a shopaholic too......and yes its true that shop assistants talk to whoever is with you -"Does she take tea?", no matter how much you spend.

So hence the bringing out and dusting off of my £500 mulberry handbag!

Folk used to think I was so brave and upbeat before, but now death cannot be far off to be honest I'm terrified, can't think why, I mean if I cease to exist, feel sorry for my family, not me, and if heaven exists I'll be too busy exploring especially M&S and Thortons.

Steriods made me look like Shrek, but starvation is losing me my cheeks, let me die but let me die THIN!!!!!!

If I get to live to summer I'll send you a postcard (from Arran??)
